I integrate Somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems), Polyvagal Theory, and Gene Keys, into a playful, deeply intuitive space where:
· Your inner “parts” (like the Perfectionist, the Worrier, the Numb One, the Hyper-Helper) are gently unblended from your Self
· We befriend and listen to each part with compassion—helping them feel safe enough to soften, speak, and let go of outdated roles
· You begin to re-parent yourself from the inside out, allowing a calm, curious Self to lead your inner family
· We co-regulate through breath, rhythm, imagery, scent, and embodied presence, anchoring your nervous system in safety
· Shadow patterns are seen as sacred invitations—not flaws—and we work to uncover the gifts within them, just as the Gene Keys teach
This isn’t about striving, fixing, or perfecting.
It’s about slowing down, feeling your way home, and laughing a little on the way there.

These are not parts to fix or erase, but to befriend, breathe with, and soften toward. As we explore these patterns somatically, new insights and breakthoughs emerge—and healing unfolds organically from the inside out by allowing, accepting and embracing the totality.
